Equine Central is a portal available for use to anyone seeking to buy or sell real estate,services,vehicle and riding saddles.
Copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights belong to My-horse and its third party suppliers. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.
Service Availability
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure the continuous availability of the site/s and all the services available on the site/s; however, we accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions to the sites/.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability, and the liability of our third party suppliers, for any loss or damage suffered by you as the result of your use of this site is limited to your actual direct damages and excludes any loss of future earnings, profit or prospects or any consequential or speculative loss.
Indemnity
The Subscriber indemnifies My-Horse from any claim, loss or liability arising directly or indirectly from any personal details submitted to an Advertiser. We reserve the right to disable the Candidate’s log-on if he or she is in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The advertiser will comply with the Spam Act 2003 and the Privacy Act 1988 and applicable regulations under such legislation and the National Privacy Principles.
The advertisement does not contain any material that is defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, obscene, offensive, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.
My-Horse reserves the right to edit, re-categorize, change or update an Advertisement at any time. This would generally only be done to correct mistakes or omissions made by the Advertiser.
Responses to Advertisements
You agree to deal in a fair and professional manner with individuals who may respond to an advertisement you have posted and not do anything which may bring My-Horse into disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claim brought by an individual against My-Horse arising from your breach of this obligation or any other of these Terms & Conditions.
Displaying Advertisements
Your sole remedy if we make an error in displaying an advertisement is to provide you with another advertisement. We shall have no liability for failure to display the advertisement caused by circumstances outside of our control.
Content & Links
It is your responsibility to maintain any external links that your advertisement may point to. We may remove from Equine Central Sites any advertisement which contains content or links to a site which, in our opinion, is illegal, offensive or objectionable or will bring My-Horse.You will indemnify us from and against any claims or liability arising from content or links contained in your advertisements.
Passwords
Passwords are for the sole use of the person to whom they are issued. We may deny access to a password if we reasonably believe that it is being used by an unauthorized person or that the user is breaching these Terms & Conditions.
Viruses, Hacking & Other Offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.
